App has a glitch

The app has a glitch on iphone 4 with IOS 4.3.2. when trying to add photos to a new folder, it shows an error & cannot upload photos from my photo album. erased, reinstalled, but nothing happens error keeps showing up. please help to solve the issue, was a great app before this latest update. fix the error please!
